We are Maryland’s premier wedding planning service. Charlene Libertini is the owner and a certifiied wedding planner. She has a team of five other Coordinators who share her passion to make your wedding the absolute best! We take pride in taking the stress off the bride during the plannng process and on the day of the wedding
