The cake we had for our wedding was delicious. They did an amazing job and created the cake that I was hoping for. We created our own flavors for our cake and they were eager to try what we had asked. One tier was almond cake with a cinnamon and apple filling which was great and the other tier was chocolate cake with peanut butter mousse and chocolate filling. Our cake was so good and the price we paid for our cake was outstanding. The staff is so helpful and they have always given me a good experience.

We showed them online pictures of what we were interested in, and they were able to create a very similar, beautiful cake that fit within our budget. Cake tasted great, not too sweet.

I would highly recommend Yia Yia's Bakery. We were so pleased with the cake tasting, we used Yia Yia to also do a customized cake for the Bridal Shower. At a very reasonable price, my daughter was able to get a 4 tiered cake comprised of different flavors in order to suit the taste of all of our guests. It was a very beautiful cake and you will NOT be disappointed.

The planning went nice and easy, as the staff was accommodating and professional. Of course, the important part is the cake itself - it was fantastic, and our guests gave many compliments. We love Yia Yia's and we plan on using it for many events in our future!

I didn't get fondant on my cake and it still looked amazing! They did a fabulous job with both the wedding cake, our sheet cakes, and all of our desserts! I would definitely say to anyone interested in a dessert reception to look into these guys because everyone raved about our desserts even after the reception!

I had one tasting and one design appointment and they made the cake exactly as I imagined it! It was beautiful and delicious. They have a wide variety of cakes, fillings and icings.

Yia Yia's bakery is the way to go. They can make any cake you can imagine. For our event they did an amazing Sushi-looking groom's cake for our rehearsal dinner.
For our wedding they did a traditional white wedding cake that was almond with raspberry filling which was absolutely divine. In addition to the wedding cake, they provided us with a Red Velvet Cake, a Tres Leches Cake, Pumpkin Logs, and their signature Chocolate Atomic Cake . . .all of which were so so delicious.
If you want to get the most delicious and beautiful cake for the right price, go to Yia Yia's.

The tasting was amazing. Every flavor option was offered. My cake was so beautiful, I could not stop staring at it. And eventhough I didn't get to eat any cake at the wedding, all my guests raved about how good the cake was.

Everyone at the bakery was great! The cake was just awesome!!!! The cake just beautiful and they did a really great job decorating it! Not only did it look great, but it tasted awesome too!

My fiancee and I were originally going to have a dessert bar at our reception, but after the recommendation of other brides and our taste test, there was no question about having our wedding cake come from Yia Yia. Their cakes (and other desserts for that matter) are absolutely delicious! We received so many compliments on our wedding cake from the original design that incorporated our wedding color to the moistness of the cake. We were told after the wedding that everyone loved it and because we had ordered a larger cake than we actually needed (due to people backing-out last minute) some guests had up to 3 pieces!
Yia Yia made the cake for my bridal shower as well, and I look forward to using their bakery in the future!

Best Cake Ever. My whole entire wedding cake was eaten. and it was gorgeous too! they did thee exact design I wanted and made me feel confident/calm about it all. affiliated with my caterer so it ws a package deal and good thing because it was soooo yummy!

Yia Yia's Bakery provided me with a beautiful wedding cake that tasted delicious. Their staff was very flexible, as our wedding had to be shifted up 6 hours the day before due to Hurricane Irene. I look forward to eating the top tier on our one year anniversary!

My reception site allowed us to choose from two different local bakeries for our wedding cake. We went with Yia Yia's and are so happy we made that decision. We originally tried samples of their cake at a bridal show and loved it! We did our tasting 3 months before our wedding on a weekday and had a great one-on-one experience. We worked with Stacey and she was very helpful. We showed them pictures of the exact coloring and design we were looking for and they replicated it perfectly! We could not have been happier with the final product! We opted for a fondant bow topper and were very pleased with how it turned out. Everyone loved our unique design (a brown cake instead of white) and they raved about the different flavors! We had less guests than originally anticipated and they worked with us to have the same amount of layers, only smaller cakes. Very pleased and have already been back for their pastries for special events!

Yia Yia's Bakery was wonderful. They work with Atlantic caterers, and by using Atlantic, we got a $600 wedding cake for about $100 and that's because we chose upgraded flavors. Our cake was beautiful and delicious. We had layers of hazlenut and chocolate ganache cake with buttercream icing and layers of yellow cake with strawberries and cheesecake! Everyone enjoyed it. It was difficult to reach a manager at times. They don't use email, so you had to reach them by phone. That inconvenience aside, the cake is worth it.

Our caterer included our cake in our package deal, and that cake was made by Yia Yia's. From the tasting until the cake delivery, the bakery was fabulous to work with. The tasting was super fun and all the samples were divine. The day of, our cake was beautiful and simple, just what I wanted. I dropped off some silk flowers the day before to add some decoration to it and they placed it on the cake beautifully with no direction from me. Great bakery!

Our wedding cake was included through our caterer and we chose to go with Yia Yia's Bakery. The cake was amazing and I was so happy to get to semi-custom design it with a consultant at Yia Yia's. It turned out even better than I could have imagined!

I was in touch with Stacey at Yia Yia Bakery throughout my cake selection process. My husband went for the cake tasting and he brought all the cakes back. Some were fantastic, some were good, and some I didn't like. But I appreciated the quality of the cakes and that all were moist and none were dry. We provided a picture for them to replicate and they did an AMAZING job, our cake looked AMAZING. We got chocolate cake with chocolate mousse for the majority of the cake and we got red velvet with cream cheese for the top layer. The chocolate cake was good. But the red velvet was just ok...the cream cheese tasted more like buttercream and it ended up being too sweet. Also, if possible go with the Swiss Buttercream instead of the American. The American is too sweet and you can literally feel the sugar granules in the icing...BUT it's supposed to hold up better.
