This company was great to work with mostly because everyone was so accommodating and helpful. We had to make last minute decisions about tent sides and heaters because of a chillier and rainy day than expected and they really came through and helped us make sure everything was ready to go. They came out to our reception site multiple times just to help set up the extra requests and make sure everything was right!

The Main Event provided our tables and chairs for our reception. They delivered everything the night before, which was perfect, as it snowed on our wedding day. Everything was great!

A week before our wedding, we noticed that the temperatures were dropping..and fast! Since our wedding ceremony and part of the reception was outdoors, we needed heat lamps to keep the guests warm. The Main Event were very responsive with our request and everything was delivered on time. Since it was a last minute add, we wanted to limit how much we were spending on the lamps. Unfortunately, there was no flexibility with pricing and no fees could be waived. I felt that the cost could be a little lower for what we were getting, but I'm definitely glad we got the heat lamps as they worked out perfectly for a slightly chilly night in October.

We rented a tent, tables, chairs, and linens for our after party in my parents back yard. The Main Event was so helpful! They explained everything clearly and laid it all out for us. The set-up crew was very nice and worked very quickly. I highly recommend this company!

We rented chairs from Main Event for our outdoor ceremony, and had them do the setup.They were great! The woman who helped me setup the rental was very patient as we changed our mind 15 times. Then she sent over a contract that laid out all the details very clearly - what we were renting, how it would be set up, etc. The delivery guys got there to drop off and pick up the chairs exactly on time. Couldn't ask for much more.Thanks!
