Lauri was professional, responsive and easy to work with. Our custom gobo was beautiful, and the lighting and dance floor was exactly what we needed. She did her best to provide a service that was tailored to our wedding, and dealing with her and her co-workers was stress free. I would definitely recommend PartyPlus for lighting, custom gobos and dance floors.

Lauri Dixon was very helpful in assisting us for our wedding reception rental needs.Her flexibility was especially helpful when our original plan to have the reception held outdoors had to be switched indoors and to another location due to weather conditions. Her staff provided quick set up and break down of equipment. We recently used Party Plus to tent our wedding. I had gotten a great initial quote from them and booked them because they knew the venue so well. However, two days before my wedding I got a call from my wedding planner telling me the tent company wanted to come in 3 hours earlier than we had originally discussed, which would have added an enormous amount in site fees to have a person on site for the venue to supervise. The same issue arose for the breakdown. When my planner and I tried to figure out this issue, I was told that the person who had created the original contract was no longer there and should not have approved the set up and breakdown times. Looking through my correspondence though, I found I had been working with the same person, from the beginning. Regardless, we did not end up having to pay an additional charge. Everything about the tent was great, however I felt mislead about my contract and was disappointed in their customer service.

We used PartyPlus for our outdoor evening Vow Renewal. When I first contacted P.P., my contact person was very helpful and even gave us great discounts. Somewhere along the line I believe she left to take another job and her replacement was good, but not great. Some crossed communications regarding price and location but nothing that wasn't changed. By the time of the ceremony I think I was dealing directly with one of the managers and she was awesome and very helpful. I was able to change the order even right up to the delivery date and, whats really great, was that my father was able to call them after they had delivered everything and get even more table and linens. We did have a problem with linens, though, they got some of the colors mixed up, but again, nothing too horrible. I was pleased with Party Plus' service in general.

I worked with Lauri who had to change my quote several times with no problem. The quality of the tables and chairs we rented were excellent and they had matching chairs to go with our color scheme. She really did everything to make it easy on me when booking the rental stuff. Thanks Lauri for being a great party rental company!

Lauri Dixon is awesome! I wasn't sure of who to turn to for rental items, or if I even needed them, but after a referral from my caterer and speaking with Lauri, I had no doubt that I'd chosen the right company. Responsive, professional, and quality products at reasonable cost is hard to find, but Party Plus helped in making my day a success. Lauri even called me the morning of to assure me that my day would be perfect, just like the weather. I got scarred a little because she was calling on the morning of, and that McCormick & Schmick's wasn't opened so that her guys could drop off tables, linens and set-up the dance floor, but within 5 minutes, she sent me a text message to let me know that everything was taken care of! How awesome is that? I know I or people I know will need rental items in the future for family reunions and other events, and Party Plus will be at the top of my list of referrals! Thanks again!

Party Plus is the best rental company there is. Lauri Dixon was nothingbut professional. Any e-mail I sent, she responded within the hour. Mywedding was for 150 people, and I rented table linens, napkins and chairs. Out of all of my vendors, Lauri was the easiest, sweetest, and most helpfulperson to work with. I had the opportunity to work with Lori, she was very professional, very easy work with. We changed what we wanted a million times and every time she was more than happy to change and provide us what we needed, offered alternatives if they didn't have anything. Party Plus delivered my rentals on time and their price wasn't bad. There was a little confusion when the person I was working with quit and I was assigned to someone else. But the original employee actually visited my reception venue to make the best recommendations before I even signed a contract.

Party Plus of Baltimore was a delight to work with. There were so many different things happening around the planning and coordination of the wedding and things were really hectic. The one area where there was never any stress was around the tent that we would use over the patio for the reception. Party Plus of Baltimore delivered with everything that we asked for. They even came through with last minute sidewalls because the weather forecast projected rain. Lauren was always pleasant and always professional with her timeliness and business knowledge. Lauri from Party Plus was wonderful in helping us choose the right tent for our wedding. She even helped with ideas since she had a similarly themed wedding. The tent was beautiful (you can see a pic in my photos) and the installation team was very professional. Even though we had a DIY wedding and did much of the work ourselves (including building the tables), Party Plus still treated us like we were renting the whole shebang. They did also provide the dance floor, the buffet, cocktail tables and linens. Everything was perfect!! We highly recommend them, and if / when we ever need rentals again, we know where to go. (PS.
