Briana Dixon is the best! Even though we had a 'day of' contract, Briana, from the very beginning, was able to get us in touch with fabulous vendors and great prices. The day of the wedding was coordinated down to the last little detail and I didn't have to worry about a thing - it all went together so well even to the midnight count down for New Year's Eve. Briana is very easy to work with, personable and her prices are reasonable - she gives you a feeling of confidence from the very beginning. She is both timely and responsive to email as well as telephone and quickly resolves any questions or concerns. I loved working with Briana and my daughter, Briana recognized that we were a team, and together the three of us made a beautiful wedding at the Tremont Grand. We had three different rooms for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception, each one more beautiful than the last and Briana worked very well with the hotel coordinator and their staff to make that happen. I received many compliments from attendees about what a good time they had, in large part because of our outstanding band that Briana recommended. Guests commented about the classic style of our decor, the attention to every detail and yet they recognized and commented on how very comfortable the setting was, not overdone, and what a great party it was. An especially important comment was from a former event planner who was a guest and who had personally coordinated over a thousand events; he gave us an A+! I was initially against the idea of a private wedding coordinator since the hotel was providing a coordinator as well, but my daughter insisted so as to make our wedding planning and 'day of' as stressless for me as possible so I too would have a good time - Briana made that...

I had Crystal from Nouvelle Weddings for my day of coordination, and it was probably the best money I spent. She was wonderful! Even though I just had her for the day of services she recommended my florist and transportation and helped with any questions I had along the way. Very responsive and helpful, and she's both organized and calm. She made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish from the rehearsal the night before to the last dance the next day and kept things on track so I could relax and just enjoy the day. Awesome all around!

We hired Nouvelle about six months prior to the wedding. While we didn't need help with actual planning, we knew we wanted someone to be there the day of the wedding to set out everything and to troubleshoot just in case any issues came up. We also wanted someone to do last minute coordination with the vendors so that we could enjoy the week leading up to the event.When we met with Briana and Crystal, we instantly felt like they were old friends. They just "got" our wedding concept and we felt really confident in leaving our wedding day in their hands. When we had some issues with our florist, Briana was quick to respond to our emails and offered suggestions on how to deal with the situation. I believe she went over and beyond what we had contracted with them for because we didn't have a full coordination package. Both Briana and Crystal remained available through email and phone to answer any questions we had leading up to the big day. On the day of the wedding, Crystal and her assistant, Ashely, did everything we asked, which was A LOT! We had given them an EIGHT PAGE typewritten document of everything wanted done and they didn’t miss a beat. They set our votives, place cards, table numbers, gift box, favors, cocktail hour flowers/candles, and programs perfectly. During the reception, Crystal worked with the band and the caterer to keep the event on schedule and keep the party going. At the end of the night, Crystal packaged everything up neatly and all we had to do was load up the car. We didn’t have to worry about a thing.Hiring Nouvelle was one of the best decisions we made in the planning process. We really enjoyed working with them! The day was stress free because of them!

Briana was very helpful to us from the day we hired her. She did a walkthrough of our venue with us and helped us work through all of the logistics that we would have never thought of otherwise. Our wedding date was the weekend of major flooding and our venue was cancelled the day before the wedding. Briana was in contact with us all day as needed and helped us contact all of our vendors with the change in location. She also met us at the venue and worked through every singe detail with us and the vendor to ensure that our day was just as great as it would have been at the first venue. She really came through for us and I would definitely recommend her (and Kelsey) to anyone who needs their entire wedding planned or just coordination!

Briana is AMAZING. Friends and family raved about how great our wedding was, and I have Briana to thank for it. She helped me narrow down choices, made sure I did what I needed to do when I needed to do it (payments, ordering things, etc etc), calmed me down in moments of crisis, and saved my butt on the day of the wedding. If you are on a budget like I was, believe me, the money I saved using some of her recommended vendors (who don't heavily advertise) more than made up for the cost. Do it.

After reading a few wedding sites and articles, we saw that having a wedding planner ensures that we could talk to someone about what we wanted and we would be able to use their experience as well as their invaluable contacts in the field to get a great wedding. The first thing that stood out about Briana was that she was very reliable. Corresponing with Briana was easy, and we talked to her a number of times on the phone before we were ready to meet her. When we met her, she came prepared and asked us a number of questions that we hadnt thought about and assured us that we could figure it out as we go. We explained that our wedding would be using the different cultural elements from both our backgrounds and I remember her saying that although she has not done a wedding like ours before, she said she was willing to learn. She made us feel at ease, and for the first time the wedding planning didn't look as daunting to us. We contacted the references that she provided and was surprised at how quickly they got back to us had a number of positive things to say about her. We were quite impressed with her and knew before we walked out of our initial meeting that we wanted to have her as our planner. We chose the Champagne package, the full-service package, which meant we would have Briana's assistance for every step of the way from finding vendors, developing and managing a budget, to unlimited consultations. Briana did the groundwork for us, finding a number of vendors in each category that met our budget restrictions. She was always concientious about the budget and always provided options that we could discuss. She also provided us with an outline of their services and provide guidance when we asked. After we narrowed down the choices, she set up appointments and sat with us as we talked to the vendors. Most of the time, we did not know the questions we needed to ask or should ask, and Briana was always ready and knew what to ask. She would take notes, we would talk about the appointments and were able to come to a decision. Our friends would often remark how calm we seemed through the whole wedding planning process. Besides making a decision on what we wanted (which can be very hard being as indecisive as we are), Briana managed everything else beautifully. Briana became someone we could trust and we looked forward to our vendor appointments with her. Briana was extremely organized and great at managing the time we had. She was able to resolve the problems and issues that came up quickly and stayed calm when something didn't go our way. Besides having the type of the personality needed for this job, she also had the passion to do this job. We could see that not everyone could do her job and we were very fortunate to work with the best. She was the first and the best decision we made at the start of our wedding planning.Everyone says that you should enjoy your wedding day and to not worry about things going perfectly. Well, not only did we enjoy our wedding day, but things ran so smoothly that it was beyond perfect. Briana met with all our vendors and ran back and forth between the church and reception hall to make sure everything was set up. She also checked in with us and made sure everything with the bride and groom was going well. She made sure we were ready according to the timeline. Our whole family enjoyed the day without a single worry because of Briana. Our wedding day is one of the best days of our lives and we know that the secret to its success was really Briana.Briana was an invaluable part of our wedding day and we miss working with her. We think of Briana as our friend and we were sad that the day was over because that meant we wouldn't see her as often.

It is hard to put into words just how amazing Briana and Nouvelle were throughout the entire wedding process. We hired Briana for day-of coordination, which thanks to her was perfect, but she was always available and willing to help. Her attention to details that I hadn't even thought of was so helpful. I loved the intineraries and lists that she put together. I honestly don't know what we would have done without her. Even before the week of the wedding, Briana was happy to address my questions and concerns (very promptly) and help us in whatever way we needed. Prior to the wedding, she communicated with all of our venders, as well as with us, to make sure everything was set. On the day of the wedding, the limo company made a fairly significant change and Briana took care of it promptly and efficiently, which was a life saver. Overall, everything was PERFECT. We had a lot of extra "stuff" from our wedding - flip flops, koozies, cookie favors, unique escort cards, etc. - and Briana took care of everything, plus all of the usual wedding coordination. She really went above and beyond in every way. They were very professional but also very fun work with! I honestly cannot say enough great things about Briana and her team. Not only were my husband and I able to relax knowing that Briana was taking care of everything, our families and wedding party were able to sit back and enjoy the wedding, which was so great. I think my mom and bridesmaids loved Briana as much as I did! I HIGHLY recommend Briana and Nouvelle. They completely exceeded my expectations and made sure that our wedding was perfect. I cannot thank them enough for everything that they did!

I am not sure where to start in describing how fantastic Briana was our wedding coordinator on the day of our wedding and also helped us in the weeks leading up to our day. There are times in life when something happens to you that allows another door to open and cause something wonderful to occur....that happened to us when we met and decided to hire Briana. Long story short the wedding planner we had worked with at our venue resigned  3weeks before our wedding and the club had a very poor and unconvincing replacement.  We were so lucky that Briana was available for our day.  Please note I am a very typical type A personality and to say Briana had it all under control was an understatement! She is so organized and has this really lovely way about her that makes you feel comfortable handing over the reigns to the big day. Briana ensured our day went smoothly, she was helpful and a real pleasure to have around. I would not hesitate in recommending her to anyone. Thank you Briana for helping to make our day so perfect!

Briana and her assistant were undeniably the best investment we could have made on our wedding day! She went above and beyond to make our day perfect. Our wedding was held at a location that required us to bring and set-up everything. Briana made the place look beautiful and even went to get ice when we ran out. She was so professional and 'on the ball' the whole day. Our group was a bit 'excited' and she did a great job making sure everyone was in place and that everyone was where they were suppose to be. Brianna was amazing! We had hired her for our day of coordinator and I felt like I got so much more than that. She was always accessible and would help with any questions I had. In the two weeks leading up to the wedding, I was so thankful to have her. On the day of, everything looked amazing! Having her there really allowed me to enjoy the day of, and it was probably the best wedding decision I made. Plus who doesn't enjoy a super sweet girl too? Its like a new best friend without the drama!

To any bride that thinks they don't need any help on the day of, think again! I knew going into wedding planning that we wanted someone to help us on our behalf, not just from the venue or hotel perspective. After our venue turned out to be less than helpful, I was so grateful that Briana was there to help us out! After our initial meeting, I knew Briana was going to be our DOC. She has the experience, is extremely professional, and had great suggestions! Briana was there for our rehearsal and the entire day of the wedding---helping confirm all the vendors and assisting with set-up, take down, and timeline planning. The best e-mail back from Briana? "It's been taken care of!" The biggest bonus of having her there was actually being able to ENJOY my own wedding. She got there the day of the wedding with her assistant (who was also a doll!) and I simply gave her everything and trusted her to make it happen. If she wasn't there, I don't know what we would have done---honestly. Briana is not only worth the money, but her services were an integral piece of the wedding day. All of our family members commented on how professional she was as well as how sweet and caring and personable she came across. Nouvelle Weddings and Events single-handedly made the difference in our wedding day and making it so special!

My story is a testament to the brides who are “planners” who think they may not need a Day-Of Coordinator – you need a Day-Of Coordinator! Briana was the key to the success of our special day. While I thought I had everything meticulously planned, my first meeting with Briana showed me that she knew the right questions to ask to capture many of the important details that I had not thought of, and that I never would have thought of had it not been for her. Briana also demonstrated that she is wonderful at customizing a package that will work for the personality and preferences of the bride, and adding value to weddings where the bride already “thought” she’d planned everything! Briana knew exactly where help was needed and came through to save the timeline of the wedding night when circumstances out of our control put some things behind on the timeline. This would have been a stressful headache for me, but Briana got the wedding right back on track. One of my favorite things about having Briana was that she could serve as a consultant for any and all questions I had about wedding etiquette – she came through for me many times here. It was much-needed peace of mind for me to have Briana’s expert experience at my side to help me make some challenging financial decisions (like where I could cut corners but still have the wedding of my dreams!) – these decisions were successful and resulted in a classy evening thanks to Briana. Briana’s personality is undeniably warm and ebullient – I agree with the other Brides – she is a fun, genuine, friendly, upbeat presence who has a gift for making your wedding day the way YOU want it, regardless of family pressure or any other pressures, and really adds comfort and professionalism to the wedding day.

Briana was excellent in every aspect of the planning process. She was organized and her quick response to my every need is what impressed me the most. I hired her mainly because I was busy at work and needed someone to do all of the things I didnt have time to do. She did exactly that and much much more from sending the invitations to picking up my dress she saved me endless hours that I just didnt have available. On top of that she put me in touch with vendors that were fairly priced and FABULOUS! I consider myself VERY particular and Briana not only met my expectation but exceeded them! She planned the timeline of the wedding down to the very last minute and everything went perfectly. EVERYONE I know told me to be prepared for things to go wrong on my wedding day because something always does. Well if anything went wrong I missed it. Briana took care of all the last minute vendor phone calls ect before the wedding and everything went just perfectly. She even brought our gifts and the top of our wedding cake back to the room and. Words really cant describe how wonderful the whole experience was but Briana defintely planned the most special day of our lives. She is a fabuluos wedding planner but more importantly she is a kind hearted hardworking person who I would recommend to even the most particular bride. She is worth ever penny her service was priceless! Thank You Briana for planning the most beautiful and perfect day of our lives !!!

I never worried about anything when Briana Dixon of Nouvelle Weddings was our wedding planner. She was there to help and address any questiosn that we had. She went above and beyond any of her expected duties. She atteneded all my events, even my bridal shower. I really want to plan another event just to have her there. I interviewed at least six wedding coordinators before meeting Briana and it was a disaster. One coordinator was 7 months pregnant(...no comment), another coordinator asked for $5500 because she used to work in Hollywood ("used to" and we're in Maryland now), and the disaster continued until I met Briana! I would describe her as sweet, honest, realistic, organized, and very patient. Her cost of service is affordable and she will patiently be there for you through your rollercoaster of wedding emotions. I would highly recommend hiring her as your coordinator; she's totally worth it.

We loved Briana at Nouvelle Weddings and Events. Right away she was flexible with us. She has several different packages she offered for different levels of service, but she really let us tailor it for what we wanted. It definitely was helpful to have a single contact person for EVERYTHING. Anytime we had questions, from vendors to etiquette, she was there on the email or the phone to answer everything, and or just listen, and make suggestion. One of our main problems with trying to plan our wedding ourselves was finding vendors. We had google, and reviews, but we just felt like we were missing a chuck of info. We felt like Briana connected us to everything we were not finding. Briana really listened to what we wanted, then found several vendors for each area for us to interview, then scheduled very efficient meeting days, in which we would meet with and interview up to 4 vendors. We always found what we were looking for from these meeting. She did a great job at finding vendors, and staying in our budget. We really were thrilled with each and every vendor we chose, and have gotten so many compliments from our guests on everything, from the florist, to the photographers, to the decor, and the DJ.Briana also has a great eye for ambiance and decor, and all within my budget. For example, the center pieces we had wanted for the tables worked out to be double my budget. Briana came up with an alternate centerpiece idea that absolutely captured the feeling we wanted. She even came up with a decorative elements for the ceremony site that just took it up to another level, and it was simple and elegant, and inexpensive, and she did all the research, and ordering for it. She even set it up the day of the ceremony. On our actual wedding day, she was there well over 12 hours. Everything flowed so smoothly. She was always there, just to the side, being watchful and attentive to every detail. She made sure everyone was where they needed to be when they needed to be there, with what they needed to have with them. This goes from giving the girls their bouquets, to handing off last minute music to the DJ, to calling guests up when they were needed during picture time. I can honestly say this, and not just because it was our wedding, but I have never been to, or in, a wedding (and I have been in several), that have gone off so smoothly and flowed to so well. And all of our guests had a wonderful time.Bottom line, we loved Nouvelle Weddings and Events, and we loved Briana! We absolutely thought the value for what we were charges was worth it, 100 times over. We definitely recommend Nouvelle for anyone planning their wedding!

Briana was so organized that I knew I didnt have to worry about one thing during the whole wedding weekend. She did a great job with creating a timeline and instructing everyone on what to do and where to be. And all of our other vendors, including the wedding venue, loved working with her as well. She also went above and beyond for me when I realized I had forgotten my garter- she found a walmart and made me one from scratch! We loved her!

I wasn't the most informed bride (knowing nothing about how to begin), but from the start, Briana made me feel completely in control of my own planning, guiding me through the decisions that needed to be made and bending over backwards to provide me with a host of options beforehand (so I knew what it was that I was deciding:). She was all the things you'd want in a wedding planner, most of which I don't think need saying (friendly, intelligent, experienced, informed), but what I think is most important about her is that she has a unique ability to help people envision the wedding THEY most want (not what their families want or what she thinks is best). Our wedding far exceeded what Adam and I had envisioned and we owe that entirely to Briana. If you want the best, hire her!

Our daughter's wedding was completely arranged by Briana. She did a fantastic job in every area from engaging all of the required services to renting a large, beautiful beach house for the wedding party and family members. Her attention to detail was more than we could have hoped for; and her professionalism made it easy to fulfill our daughter's dreams. We never worked with a wedding planner before, but I would definitely recommend it. Briana left no stone unturned and was in constant communication with the bride. Her ideas and recommendations made the whole process go smoothly and without worry.
