Ralph was absolutely wonderful to work with. He is the apitomy of professionalism and courtesy. On our wedding day we had tornado warning and torrential downpours, but Ralph pulled through and got all the family shots we wanted and a few of my husband and I before the rains hit. Once the storm had passed Ralph took my husband and back out to take more shots by the bay. His prices are also outstanding, he gives you ALL the pics he shoots, AND all the rights to reprint them where and when you want. We couldn't have chosen a better photographer to capture the memories of our day! Thank you Ralph!!!

Ralph Anderson of Magic Light Photography was great to work with, and I highly recommend him to any brides looking for a photographer in the Baltimore area! He was very friendly and professional. On my wedding day he took lots of nice posed shots, along with a lot of candid shots. When he took the candid shots we hardly even knew he was there, which is a good quality in a photographer. We received our photos four weeks after the wedding, and let me just say wow!! They look unbelievable, I can tell that he worked really hard for us. Ralph has a true talent for capturing the most flattering aspects of people. You are given the rights to all of your pictures, which is another benefit that you won't find everywhere. I honestly can't say enough nice things about my experiences with Ralph or about the quality of my wedding photos, I couldn't be happier!

We really love that how Ralph composed the pictures and guided us through the pictures taking. The whole process was very relaxing and comfortable. And the outcome of some pictures is simply outstanding! We especially love those pictures with golden fiery leaves as background and us lit up by the back light of the setting sun. It's simply beautiful!

We were so glad we found Ralph! We wanted a photographer who would capture the moments as they evolved naturally, but also get a few of the must-have portraits for posterity. From the beginning we knew he would be a good fit. We loved how straight-forward his website was, and that you could actually see a no-gimmick price. So many photographers say "call for a price," which really seems to mean "you can't afford me!" Like everyone, we wanted a professional photographer, but didn't want to break the bank. With Magic Light Photography you get a lot of bang for your buck! We loved that his packages include a professional-quality print of each final, touched-up image in a reference binder, along with the images on CD/DVD. Unlike some other photographers, he releases the copyright to the clients so they can use the images as they see fit. Not only did he have the business model we wanted, we loved his photos. He has a good "eye," and captured a lot of moments we don't remember happening! He was flexible and responsive to our needs, for example he had never done a "first look" session before but he gave it a try and it worked out great! We were also impressed that he attended the rehearsal at the church to get an idea of what space he had to work in, and how things would go. We were eager to see our photos, so we were thrilled that he turned them around very quickly, just two and a half weeks after the wedding. This is remarkable considering he reviews and touches up each one. Our only slightly negative comment is that, while it is great that people can order prints directly from the photo-hosting website he currently uses, the photo viewing website itself is a little awkward. Not horrible, but the interface is a bit frustrating even for the computer-savvy user. But that is a small detraction from an otherwise fantastic experience. We highly recommend Ralph of Magic Light Photography. We will treasure the memories he captured of our wedding and reception!

Ralph was great. He listened to what we wanted portrayed in our photos and was extremely professional. We were in a time crunch at our ceremony sight and he was very speedy yet got excellent photos!! Also, the black/white photos with a hint of color are gorgeous...definitly get a lot of bang for your buck!

Ralph Anderson was exactly the photographer we wanted for our wedding. As other reviewers have noted, he was very professional, but made us both very comfortable. His work is exceptional and you will not find another photographer that will work as hard for you on your wedding. The photos he took were great and really captured our wedding and more importantly the spirit of our wedding. The proof book and the digital cdÂ’s of all our photos were great. Do your research on the costs of obtaining the rights to your photographs from other vendors. I think you will find that Magic Light Photography is far and above the best choice for quality and price. We couldnÂ’t be happier with having Ralph Anderson a part of our special day. Highly recommended for weddings at the Naval Academy.

I can not explain in words how awesome Ralph Anderson(Magic Light Photography) was. He took amazing photos of our wedding. We could not have asked for better photos. That and we did not pay $3000-$4000 for our pictures. He was so affordable. I would absolutely recommend Ralph to do anyones photos.

I would highly recomend "Magic Light Photography"!!!! Raph Anderson was there from the time my daugher put her makeup on until the time her and her new husband, left in the car. Actually, he stayed even later. He was excellent!!! He is the best photographer for a very low cost!! You cannot ask for better!!! He took so very many pictures and you really didn't see him half the time. He was discreet and I was amazed at the pictures. Ralph Anderson has got to be the BEST potographer!!!!!! This vendor provided the most wonderful service and awesome quality of pictures. There were approximately 525 pictures that were "keepers" and I wanted to put 300 of them in a photo album. I had the hardest time picking only 300. All the photos were beautiful The turn around time was approx. 3 weeks, as promised. We got married on a hot June day and Ralph did an awesome job keeping up with the tempo. All the guests jokingly asked if he was a runner because he seemed to be everywhere but was so unobtrusive. The best part is the digital negatives are included in his price and he stayed past what we paid for. I would 100% recommend this vendor to all my friends and family and everyone on this website.

I absolutely loved the photographer that my husband and I chose for our special day. He captured a lot of moments that I was unaware of. The quality of the pictures was superb and as an added bonus I got to have the copyrights to the photos that he took. I would definitely recommend him to other people who are getting married!

Wonderful man !!! Very nice, and was down to earth everytime we had to speak with him !!!! He caught so many emotional and candid shots on our wedding day, and did a GREAT job on the formals. 2 of my friends have used him since as well !!!!

My husband and I searched forever for a photographer who would provide us with a CD of our wedding photos at an affordable price. Ralph made the drive to the shore to visit with us and show us his portfolio... we loved his style and booked him the same day.
