John was thoughtful, on time and responded quickly to all of our inquiries. He guided us through the entire process, reminding us to get a list of those special photos to ensure we had the memories my daughter was looking for. John and his team are the best.

My wedding day was the happiest day of my life, but it also went by so fast and I wouldn't be able to remember every detail if John Zito and his fellow photographers were not there to capture every moment of our special day. I was a bridesmaid in my best friend's wedding a couple years ago and John was her photographer, so I was already familiar with his style and loved the pictures from her wedding. My mother and I met with him to look at more of his work and to go over pricing. We were also going to meet with another photographer, but after our initial meeting with John, we didn't want to use anyone else! He is very knowledgeable, professional and has been doing photography for a long time. The ceremony was to start at 2 pm at a church in Essex with the reception following from 3:30 to 8 pm downtown. We scheduled John for an eight hour day. Shortly before noon on my wedding day, John arrived at my house with an associate photographer and they took pictures while my bridesmaids, parents and I got ready for the wedding. They followed us to the church and after the ceremony we took the formal pictures with the family and then they followed the bridal party downtown to our reception venue. The reception venue was M&T Bank Stadium and we were allowed to take pictures on the field. John took so many beautiful pictures of the bridal party on the field as well as all of our guests during the reception. The whole day went by so quickly and was over before I knew it! By the end of the next week, we had received our wedding CD complete with almost 500 images from our big day. We also received a proof book with all the images that we will use to choose which pictures will go into our custom album. The pictures turned out beautifully and I know they are something we will treasure for the rest of our lives. Many people try to save money here and there by letting friends play the music or make their own favors, but the photos are something that you should not skimp on. John was fun, professional, and patient. He had the task of taking wedding pictures on a rainy September day. But he still managed to capture great moments on our wedding day. John Zito is an incredible photographer and a very nice man. He's laid back demeanor puts you at ease and his efficiency proves his experience. Our wedding album is amazing. He was also the most affordable photographer of his caliber, that we could find. He provides a beautiful proof book, whichno one else offered, for no extra charge. If your interested in a photographer in Maryland, you should definitely meet with him because his albums are much more impressive than the photos on his website. They don't begin to do him justice. We loved working with him and his assistant Lisa Webb Burwell.

I am so thrilled that we found and hired John for our photography. I have heard so many horror stories about wedding photography and we were just blessed to have such an amazing professional. John brought so much to the table beyond fantastic pictures. The pictures are enough though! His great sense of photojournalism is stunning. In addition to the work itself he brings a great humor to the day to keep things fun and build the memories. I look back at the pictures and think "how did he even get that?" He got so many things and I never saw him because was non-intrusive. On top of all that, John was so understanding of our budget and went above and beyond what any other wedding professional had for us. Even though wedding's only happen once in a lifetime (we hope) we will be calling him again!

Mary and Danny were amazing!!! They captured lots of photos but were never 'in the way'. They listened to each of our requests and were so easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them!

John Zito is a great man to work with! He is talented and professional, but also kind and compassionate. we had our photos back within 2 weeks of our wedding. He captured so much in the photos. Not only was it a pleasure to work with him, but so is enjoying the fruits of his work.

John was unfortunately unable to be the actual photographer for our wedding, but he arranged for us to have two highly professional photographers who did a wonderful job. He was also very responsive and reliable.

John was so nice and easy going when we had our first visit, with me, and my family. Being that this was the 1st time I had ever consulted a photographer, I really wasn't sure what to ask. But, he was very informative of the services he offered, and was even more concerned with all the special moments that I wanted to capture on my day, besides the normal couple, group, and family shots. I was very impressed by that! Two months before my wedding my reception site canceled on me, and when I informed John of the last minute changes, he was very understanding, and that wasn't an issue, nor did he try to have me pay for the last minute site change. My husband and I were extremely happy with the quality of service we received with John.

John is an amazing photographer and person. He was wonderful to work with. We love all our pictures and we are having a hard time choosing for our album because they are all great. His price and value are the best around. We met with and talked to other photographers but we are soooo happy we with with John Zito. You will not be disappointed.

John Zito was the only photographer that we met with. After our meeting we were so satisfied with what he had to offer us that we signed the contract that day. The amount of pictures that we had agreed to, was exactly what we wanted. Everyone else that I'd spoken with over the phone wanted almost 50% more for their services & offered a lot less. John & his assistant Cindy captured portraits not just pictures. They were very professional & understanding when I had my wardrobe malfunction. They changed things around on their schedule to make sure that the time being spent waiting for me wasn't wasted. We have so many beautiful photo's its hard to just pick a few for our Wedding album. John was great to work with and our pictures turned out amazing! They were posted online in less than a week. He was always very easy to get a hold of, flexible with our engagement pictures and worked with our budget.

We had our pictures taken before the wedding, and John and his assistant couldn't have been better! The formal shots were gorgeous, and he and his assistant captured all the right moments from getting ready, to the ceremony, to the end of the reception. John Zito Photography went far and beyond my expectations! John captured pictures of every single person at my wedding, (I only had 70 people, but still) it was amazing that a photographer could promise that and actually follow through. My bridesmaids and groomsmens weren't annoyed at how long the formal shots took because we were done in about 15 minutes, it was great! I would never even consider another photographer. John and his partner did a great job! We were so pleased with his willingess to work with us on price and his great attitude which put me at ease on a very nerve-wrecking day! We loved the pictures that we got back! Two little things that I wish had been different - 1. I wish he had gotten my husband to relax in his photos - he looks so uptight and 2. lots of the pictures were taken slanted which I thought was strange. But over all, I highly recommend them!

John Zito did not only take great pictures and capture every moment I wanted he also made the experiance very layed back and fun!!!! I suggest him to all my friends! I LOVED THE JOB HE DID!

John Zito and his assistant Cindy did an outstanding job photographing our wedding. My husband and I had an outside wedding on my family farm. The day was overcast and the weather wasn't promising and I was very worried about our photos, but John is an absolute pro and the photo book turned out to be outstanding. He and Cindy captured the essence of our wedding as we felt it turned out. They were fun and unobtrusive and enthusiasticly snapping away the whole time. They stayed longer than I thought they would have and thanks to John, our whole wedding day has been captured in the most detailed way. John couldn't have done a better job. We feel we got more than what we paid for in the time, effort and end result of his work. He is also doing my Brother's wedding next May! My husband and I just got married one month ago. We liked John from the moment we met him. His professional yet easy going attitude was just what we were looking for in a photographer. He initially took time to meet with us to create a package that fit within our budget. He was patient and prompt in answering any question that popped up along the way. Our formal pictures were wonderful and taken quickly so that we could enjoy getting back to our guests. The candid shots were excellent and were taken without us even realizing the photographers were there. John went out of his way in helping us to create our album. John and Cindy were amazing. Our pictures were more beautiful than I could have imagined. They are very professional, and friendly. I felt very comfortable, and the formal pictures were quick. We really enjoyed working with John. He was very professional and courteous. He listened to our ideas and needs and was very responsive to us. We loved the pictures hetook and the way he (and his assistant) conducted themselves at our wedding. He suggested we walk through the inner harbor while taking pictures and it worked out great. John and his assistant were fantastic. He knew my wedding venu inside and out and took the BEST photos. I got my proof magazine and online photos for viewing the day I got back from my Honeymoon. So quickly and they were fantastic. John is so personable and easy to contact about questions I had accessing my photos online as I am not good with computers. He is quick to respond to requests and gets back to you in a more than timely basis. I can't wait to see the final album once I pick out my pictures. I work with mostly women, many of whom just got engaged and I recommend John to everyone as soon as they announce their engagement. Definitely THE BEST photographer in the area!!
