Heejin Ryu Photography

We were lucky enough to have found Heejin to shoot our small elopement and she was amazing! I wanted to work with someone who shoot us in our moment, who let us enjoy our day and was just there to capture it with us and she did just that! Everyone has complimented the photos and said how happy we look, she allowed us to be completely at ease and focus on each other instead of coordinating all the must-have shots. I'm so happy we had her there and have those memories preserved so beautifully. Thank you Heejin!

This may sound corny but Heejin is the best. Brides (o.k. grooms too) you know how stressful planning a wedding can be... lets just say worrying about my photos was the least of my concerns. Heejin Ryu proved to be the best investment I made for my wedding. She was friendly yet professional, thourough but not bothersome and very flexible. With all of the different vendors and other issues my husband and I had to worry about during the planning of our wedding, the photography turned out to be the least of our worries thanks to Heejin. Once we booked her, we just let her run with it and she did not dissappoint. My entire family was very impressed with her work- which truly is no easy feat. Heejin captured moments that we never even thought about and never once did my husband and I or the wedding party feel like we were being constantly interrupted during the event to take posed shots. Somehow Heejin was able to get us all gathered together for wedding party shots and family shots without any trouble. Our first choice for a photographer was a bigger (supposedly more reputable) company that turned out to be a big disappointment and almost a wedding day dissaster. We were so blessed and happy to find Heejin. We would recommend her again and again. We can't wait until our children get married so we can use her again! She is simply AWESOME!
