Love this place.....found the dress i wanted on the internet and was able to get the price i wanted and was a perfect fit..........they even through in the veil for free... very nice people to work with and very helpful

Gowns remembered did a fantastic job preserving my wedding dress. Al working at GR is awesome ! He went over every little detail of the preserving process and made you feel really comfortable leaving your dress. It's a great place - you can inspect your dress before it goes into the preservation box after the cleaning. My dress was so dirty after the wedding and when I went to inspect it after GR cleaned it, it was so amazingly clean !! It was like I just bought a brand new wedding dress. GR does an amazing job cleaning and preserving the dress. The box is wonderfully packed and your dress is well preserved - it has a window where you can look at your dress anytime you want. Also, it comes with a lifetime guarantee even if you open the box. Not to mention, anytime you want to take it out and have it pressed for whatever reason, they will do it all for you at no cost. Trust me - there is no worry about having GR preserve your dress. They do an amazing job and it's worth it. Ask for Al - he's great customer service (even if he roots for the Steelers!). His whole team is professional and friendly - highly recommend Gowns Remembered.

Do not use this company. They ruined my $3,000 designer wedding gown. I sent the gown back to them to have something done about it and was told that there was nothing they could do and that "things happen during the preservation process". Now my wedding dress is ruined, they did not refund my $350 fee and they also tried to blame me for the damage to my gown saying I must have done something to it after they sent it back. Do not use this service unless you want to risk your gown being ruined!
