I am so glad we booked Diana to help us plan and coordinate our dream wedding! She gave us great recommendations on vendors and her timeline was spot on - I had no idea things would take as long as they did and thankfully she kept us right on track! She was always available to meet or talk through ideas and help with all the aspects of planning. She seemed like she was doing 100 things at once during the wedding/reception - I am simply amazed at how she was able to do it all! She had everything packed up and delivered it all back to the best man's apartment so we didn't have to worry about a single thing at the end of the night. I am normally a total control freak, but I had no problem with letting Diana handle the details of the day and I am so glad that I did - without her I'm sure that day wouldn't have been as perfect as it was. Thank you, Diana!

Diana was, hands down, the best investment that we made during the wedding planning process. I can't even begin to say how nice it is to know that you don't have to worry about anything during your big day because she and her team are there to take care of the details and any issues/concerns. She was a pleasure to work with, also offered excellent tips/recommendations, offered her own supplies to assist and was extremely responsive and friendly to all questions/needs we had. I strongly recommend Diana for anyone looking for a wedding coordinator.

Just a note to thank you for a fantastic wedding day! I have to say you were on point at every turn! Every time Jeff or I thought of something you had either already done it or were taking care of it. Even my bridesmaids who wanted to be helpful said you were already on it. Your cool, calm professionalism was constant throughout the night and I always knew the event was in good hands. From arrival and set up to cleaning up the flowers (extra THANKS!! for that) and making sure Jeff and I were always at the right place at the right time, you were on the ball at all times. And you’re right, you bustling my dress was seriously the fastest I’d ever seen it, even my bridesmaids – all married, were amazed. As Jeff put it - it was like you were always there, but like a ghost, taking care of stuff! We were also amazed that you thought of stuff before it even occurred to us. (Leftover food in to-go boxes was genius!) It was obvious you had done this plenty of times before and I sooo valued your experience. Thanks for being accommodating and making everything work! Clean up was also amazing. One minute we were saying goodbye to one set of friends, the next minute half the tables were already broken down! We expected we’d have to rope the groomsmen to help clean and break down but you were so organized! We found ourselves in the car and ready to leave before the end of our rental at 10pm. It was a terrific night to remember and we knew our event was in terrific hands. Thank you for working with us!PLUS since our officiant was a friend, you even took care of sending off our signed marriage license while we were on our honeymoon. Diana, from eventi planning, was absolutely wonderful! She was readily available to talk and discuss wedding ideas, questions, etc. anytime of the day through email or by phone. We met a few times and my husband and I instantly felt at ease by Diana. She made sure to keep all of my vendors in check, as well as the bridal party by providing a detailed timeline of the day's events. It was nice to have someone in charge, making sure things ran smoothly! Diana made sure to keep my husband and I on task for specific times throughout our ceremony, such as the cake cutting, father/daughter dance, etc. It was so nice to be stress-free on our wedding day and just enjoy our special time. In addition, Diana can bustle a dress faster than anyone I know! I thought for sure that my 8 bustles and 3 mini bustles would have taken at least 30 minutes away from the wedding, but not with Diana! She had my dress bustled in 5 minutes and gave me a glass of wine to drink while she worked! She constantly made sure my husband and I were taken care of and that everything was going as planned. We couldn't have asked for a better day planner!

The value and quality of the services that Diana provides far exceed the cost. She is wonderful to work with! She is dependable, accomodating, has great ideas, and is extremely hard working. She truly made our wedding the amazing evening that it was!

Eventi planning provided me with all I could have asked for on my wedding day. They help you think of things you might not have thought of or missed. If you were lacking on something, Eventi had the tools to fix the problem--even last minute. It is also very helpful that you can rent things for a small price instead of spending hours of your own time looking--and then end up paying an arm & a leg. Renting is also helpful because you only need it one day! I would recommend Eventi planning to any bride that needs a little help & stress relief!

Thank goodness for Diana! My mom and I had no idea what we were really getting into until we were deep in it! We chose Diana's mid-grade plan so she helped with scheduling with vendors, confirming drop off and pick up, taking care of last minute details, gave advice, recommendations, and took care of everything on our day so we could just relax. She handled our family drama and made everything go like clockwork. I'm so grateful that she was there and think my stress level (though already sky high) would have been off the charts without her. When I felt like I was about to lose it I would e-mail her freaking out and she would say, "I got it." She'd email me back an hour later and it would be done. To say she is responsive is an understatement - that girl takes crackberry to a whole new level. She's good at what she does and is worth every penny. You don't know how much you don't know until you have someone who takes care of it or tells you it needs to happen. Diana is truly part of the reason our wedding was such a success and felt as fun and comfortable as it did. Love her!

As a third year medical student studying in a different state, I thought planning my wedding would be an impossible task. That all changed the day we hired Eventi planning.Diana coordinated my wedding from its very beginnings straight through to the sparkler send off at the end of our reception (her idea and a personal favorite moment of mine). She made excellent vendor recommendations for every aspect of my wedding including the florist who made my dream bouquet to the interior lighter that hung the paper lanterns perfectly in the reception space to the BAND that made my wedding the most memorable day of my life. Throughout the many months we worked together, Diana reliably responded to all of my many MANY emails and met with me whenever I was in town to provide constructive advice and direction along the way. By the night of the rehearsal dinner, I didn't have to worry about a single wedding detail. I spent the dinner and my entire wedding day enjoying my family, friends and new husband. I didn't take a single phone call from a vendor, worried or stressed family member or even Diana! She took care of absolutely everything all on her own!! I can't thank her enough for giving my the wedding that I always wanted but couldn't have had without her!

Diana is AMAZING. We used her as our "day-of" planner and she did more than we ever could have imagined. It was such a relief to have her to keep us on schedule and to orchestrate the wedding. We cannot imagine what it would have been like without her.

Diana,How do I even begin to thank you for making our wedding day so perfect! There are hundreds of wedding planners out there on the internet and it can be overwhelming to try and choose one but what really drew me to you was your honesty. When we met for the first time I felt like I was chatting with one of my close girlfriends, I knew right then you were the right choice. You understood all of my concerns and problems. You have no idea what that meant to me considering my circumstances. I spent several months planning everything right down to the tiniest detail. All of my expectations were exceeded when it finally happened! It was exactly as I had dreamed and more! Not only was it beautiful but it was one of the most stress-free days of my life! I knew I didn't have to worry about a thing because I knew you were there and you would handle everything. That left me with the opportunity to just sit back and relax and enjoy the best day of my life...and I did and so did Ben!! He also loved that you listened to him when he had told you that he was a 311 fan and, he thought it was awesome that you to were a fan! When we left at the end of the night he saw the 311 that you placed on the back window he immediately began smiling. (Thank you so much for that) You brought our vision to life and we will forever be thankful to you for that. Diana you do amazing work and anyone that uses you is very lucky!! Diana aggressively kept us in check and everyone else from months before the wedding until the month after. The only things I hear from my family and friends are either how well things went or how beautiful it was. I also appreciate Diana was flexible with us, like while we were too stressed she took on more responsibility. I feel lucky Diana is so tenacious: she's still taking care of things for us now as we head out for honeymoon! A true star.

Having a Day of Coordinator was definitely one of the smartest decisions I made in our wedding planning. But even smarter than that was hiring Eventi Planning. Diana had a handful with me as I made most of my own decor and had a very specific vision as to how it should be set up. But she always listened and made me feel like a priority. And on the day of our wedding, she made everything look exactly as I had envisioned it. It was absolutely perfect.Diana's vendor coordination, timeline, and organizational skills are top notch. Once I turned everything over to her, I never had to think about it again. And on the day of our wedding, if I called for her she came. Otherwise she disappeared into the background where she made everything run perfectly. She paid attention to the things I said were important to us and made them all happen. And she even packed up my car so that the next morning I was all ready to go.Honestly, I could go on and on, but I think you get the point. Eventi Planning is an excellent value for the money and Diana is amazing at what she does. I'm so glad she was a part of our day.

Diana at eventi was absolutely amazing. Even though she was only providing day-of coordination services for me, she gave me great advice throughout our planning process and was a lifesaver on the day of the wedding. Because of Diana, my family and I were able to relax and completely enjoy the wedding day, knowing that every detail was taken care of. She kept us on schedule, made sure everything was set up properly and was able to solve every minor crisis we experienced. I truly cannot imagine my wedding without her. I would recommend her to anyone considering hiring a wedding planner or coordinator. She is friendly, professional and a true wedding expert. Even my husband, who didn't originally think we needed a wedding planner, told me that he now thinks Diana was the best vendor we hired!

I have nothing but great things to say about eventi planning. I am a very organized person and planned our wedding from start to finish, but it was important to me that I be able to enjoy the day. I wanted someone I could trust to be running things the way I envisioned and did not want to take a family member or friend away from the day to do that job. I hired eventi planning to do day of coordination and I did not have to worry about anything the day of my wedding. Diana created the most comprehensive timeline and made sure that everything was exactly in place. Vendors knew where they needed to be and I had to talk to very few of them the week of the wedding. She responded quickly to every email and brought up ideas and conerns I never would have thought about. The eventi staff on the wedding day were professional and friendly and my bridal party and family were very impressed. My phone did not ring at all that day with any questions from anyone -- it was great! I highly recommend eventi planning for any event. In comparison to other area planners, you cannot find someone who will care more about your event for as modest of a pricing. Thanks eventi!

Hiring eventi planning to handle the day of coordination was the most important wedding decision we made. Diana was wonderful taking care of all the details of our day. Her help with developing a timeline, coordinating the vendors, and making sure the day ran flawlessly let us really enjoy our time with our friends and family. Diana went above and beyond the expectations we had when hiring a wedding coordinator. She brought copies of restaurant directions to the rehearsal and even helped sew a button back on the groom's tux. All of the gifts, guest book, etc. had already been loaded into our parents' car without any of us having to miss out on the party. Our parents and friends were impressed with her professionalism and all the things she contributed to making the day great. I was able to get a full night's sleep the night before because I knew everything would be taken care of. Many people told us the day would be a "blur" but having Diana handle the schedule and all of the interactions with vendors let us actually focus on the importance of the day, spending time with our guests, and making memories we would cherish forever. Diana was amazing!!! She took care of every single detail in a seemingly effortless way. There were a few customs we wanted to incorporate into our fusion wedding, a crazy photo sessions with the guests (separating groups of people to take group pictures) and last minute changes, but she handled everything in a professional and efficient manner. I totally recommend her to take care of your day-of-coordination. She went above and beyond to make our wedding incredibly special and stress-free.

Diana is a dream come true! She is so creative and has a great way of suggesting things you might not have thought of, but without feeling like she's taking over. Trust her inherently -- this woman knows what she's doing! She also has so many connections with vendors that she is able to get much better deals than a normal person would. On top of everything else, Diana is super responsive to emails and calls, and she knows how to calm you down when you're stressing out. All in all, I considered myself a girl that could pull off a wedding without a planner, and I probably could have, but between the savings I got from her connection with vendors, combined with sense of style and her know-how of makes a party great, my version of a wedding would have not come close to what Diana was able to create for the same amount of money. If you're on the fence, I say without a doubt go with Eventi; you won't regret it. :)

Diana was great for us! We originally wanted her to help us just for the day of, but quickly realized we would need more help. I don't think we could have done it without her. Even with an unfortunate date change we had to make, where she would no longer able to be there the day of, she was able to provide assistance leading up to the wedding. Helped us come up with ways to save money and get things we thought we wouldn't be able to afford- like linens and chairs. She provided great ideas for some easy DIY details that helped make the wedding day really special and more personal. It made such a huge difference and everyone was raving about everything on our wedding day. She was always available and honest. Especially when we found out two weeks before our wedding that we needed to find a new DJ! Even if you don't think you will need much help, take the time to meet with Eventi. One of the best investments we made!
