Crofton Country Club

Words cannot describe what a wonderful experience we had at Crofton Country Club. Amy (director of banquet sales) was AMAZING. She was friendly and accommodating. She took care of ordering the linens, and all the set up. She let us change our minds multiple times, and helped with the set up/down of the event. Crofton was a beautiful venue, and OH MY GOSH-- the food was to die for. Everyone absolutely LOVED the food. Many kudos to Crofton Country Club!!!!

Having our wedding and reception at Crofton Country Club was one of the best decisions we made. Since we were having our ceremony inside the club, I was nervous on how the transition from our ceremony to cocktail hour to reception would go. Amy was very receptive to making sure everything went smoothly and that I was happy with how everything looked and turned out. We looked at hundreds of different options for where we were going to have our event and eventually choose CCC for a few reasons: 1. They had the best value for the money. Everything is included in the prices..we did not pay extra for taxes or tips. There were no hidden charges. 2. Amy, the event coordinator, was very laid back and I felt comfortable knowing she had everything under control. 3. It was right down the road from our house and from the hotel. Overall, CCC is a great place to get married and/or have your reception! I would highly recommend.

The Crofton Country Club exceeded my expectations. They were very helpful in planning and the event went off without a hitch. Amy was very knowledgeable and great to work with. They let us change the time from 1-5 pm to 1:30 to 5:30 only a few days before the event. The food exceeded my expectations. We chose the brunch menu to save money but selected dinner type foods like prime rib, chicken marsala, etc. The quality and quantity were excellent, no effort was made to limit portions. The meal was served buffet style and everyone was given plenty of time to eat as much as they wanted, they kept on bringing out more food to replenish the trays. The bar was stocked from beginning to end, they never ran out of a single thing that we had requested be on hand. I would definitely recommend them, not to mention they were about $30 per person less than any other venue we looked at!! Great value at this price, and very very nice. We got lots of compliments from our guests!!

Crofton Country Club was amazing - I received SO many compliments, even during the wedding. No one even asks us about our honeymoon, they keep talking about the reception. The food was wonderful, and the banquet space was spectacular. We were on a tight budget, but the reception didn't look like we were on a tight budget! I would recommend Crofton to anyone!

I was looking for an elegant reception venue without having to pay and arm and a leg. In the Baltimore/D.C. area this is unbelievably difficult. Additionally, I got married in Annapolis, MD and didn't want my guests to have to travel too far to get to the reception. I was planning my wedding from a different state, but found the Crofton Country Club online. They were excellent all the way around. As another reviewer said, you would never have known that we were trying to keep to a budget. The staff were attentive and working with Amy Whitney was a dream. I felt very secure about the details of my reception. I was thrilled to see that the venue looked exactly the way that I envisioned it. Also, we wanted to chair covers for an added touch. Although the country club doesn't provide chair covers, they referred me to a vendor they work with frequently and getting the whole thing set up was a breeze - they even picked up the chair covers after the reception. I highly recommend this venue for a wedding reception.
