Betsy Robinson's Bridal Collection

Betsy Robinson's was great. I ordered my dress about 4 months before the wedding, which is sort of on the late side.. and they were able to get it in a month before the wedding :) I was very happy to have time to do the alterations. Everyone was friendly, especially Betsy and her daughter. They were the most helpful. I liked that Betsy was there helping brides- that was neat. The store is very nice and clean. It was a little far of a drive for us but worth it for sure! I wanted to try my dress on when it came in but didn't think to make an appt. They made an acception and in abut 5 minutes I had a room and someone helping me :) I was very pleased and I absolutely loved my dress.

Let me start by saying, I loved my dress!!! Absolutely gorgeous and one of the only places that carried it.Betsy Robinson's was a breath of fresh air compared to other bridal salons I had shopped. Their designer collection was extensive and their customer service was one on one and very attentive (although you MUST schedule an appointment to get such great service). I told my consultant what I didnt want and she came back with one dress!!! I fell in love with the dress from the moment I saw it, once I put the dress on I knew that it was the dress. My mother was at a funeral so she wasnt there to see me in the dress, I went and got my mother out of the funeral so she could see the dress needless to say she loved the dress ans wasnt mad that we made her leave the funeral!!! It seem that the dress was made just for me I didnt need and alterations done to the dress it fit perfect.

I purchased my veil at Betsy's and also had a last minute dress steaming there when I realized the day before my wedding that my dress wasn't perfect. I went veil shopping late in the wedding planning process and Betsy's obtained my veil in less than a week with no additional cost. Also, even though I did not purchase my Kenneth Pool dress at the store Betsy still steamed it the day before my wedding -- a very last minute request! I was very thankful for such caring and attentive service.

When we walked back in the bridal salon 4 weeks before my wedding, I wasn’t sure if I would find ‘the one.’ I had already tried on over 200 dresses, and the process of finding ‘the one,’ was a very looming one. I went to 3 other bridal salons in the area, and the ladies were rude, rushed, and made the process very discouraging. The day we came in and selected 10 dresses from the rack, I didn’t know that the first one I tried on would be the one. Your referral to Dalinda’s was perfect, and my wedding day was perfect in every way. I never knew how important the dress was --- as I try to not to focus on ‘material things,’ so much. But the wedding dress is more than just a dress. It’s a reflection of you are as a bride, and how you present yourself to your new spouse. Thank you for your patience and flexibility. The service i was provided at Betsy Robinson's was unmatched!!! Every single staff member was beyond sweet and helpful to me, and each of my bridesmaids who i took separately to let them pick out their own dress. When i first went to look for MY dress, i really loved the way they worked within my budget, without letting me fall in love with a $10,000 dress. Their selection was unbelievable as well!!! Bridal gowns and especially bridesmaid dresses...each of my girls felt like a kid in a candy store when i let them pick out their own dress. Even with the amazing selection of designer gowns, their prices were not unreasonable. Each girl ordered her dress at a different time, and EACH dress was received BEFORE the promised date, in the correct size and color, not a single problem!!! The shop itself is absolutely BEAUTIFUL, and don't let the appearance fool you, Betsy has something for everyone's budget! Do yourself a favor and START here to look for your dresses!!! :-)))

I didn't think the salespeople were pushy at all, and felt like I was treatedwell there. I loved my gown, too.

The best thing about this bridal store is that they have someone answering calls on the days they are closed! I was able to set up an appointment to come in and look at dresses. They are respectful and helpful! When I filled out the entry card I was surprised to see the prices ranges... because none of them where close to where I was looking! The lady took me to a separate place where dresses could be bought off the rack at a much lower cost. And this is where I found my dress!

I loved my gown. It fit me perfectly. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about the fit and how to do the bustle.

A++. They were able to help me find my dream dress 5 months before my wedding (when most places wanted a year)!

I highly recommend Betsy Robinson's for Baltimore-area brides. I tried on gowns at several locations, and I decided to purchase my gown from Betsy because of the wonderful service I received- despite the fact that I live in DC and must travel some distance for fittings, etc. Estelle, the consultant that I worked with, was fabulous...she told me up front that she would not give me her opinion as it is my gown to choose, so I did not feel pressured whatsoever. She helped me find the perfect gown for my body type and price range, and allowed me to try several gowns on multiple times to be sure that I was indeed selecting the perfect gown for me. The value was great- I was able to purchase my gown during a trunk show, and saved 10% on their already reasonable prices. I had equally excellent experiences with the alterations side of the salon. The seamstress doing my alterations listened to my wishes and altered my gown exactly as I had requested- I am so thrilled with the results. Definitely consider this salon when it's time to look for a dress!

Betsy Robinson's was fantastic from start to finish. They allowed me to try on several dresses and come back on a few occassions before I made me choice. They really helped me with fit and style. The alterations were wonderful. I got my bridesmaid dresses there as well and all of the girls loved them and they all looked fantastic, and I think they were a steal for long dresses!

From the moment I stepped into BR, I knew it was the place where I would find my dress. Estelle was wonderful at establishing an understanding of exactly what I was looking for and though I had my heart set on one gown I'd experienced at another salon--the difference in service was extraordinary. Estelle took her time with me, even when I KNEW I would never part with THE dress, she was very kind and non-pressuring throughout the entire process-I fell in "like" with other dresses, but when you know, you know (kinda like that fiance/marriage thing!). Estelle's attention to me is why I chose BR for my gown and I was so right in my decision. Countless people who were not even present at the wedding but reviewed photos afterwards commented on my gorgeous gown--over and over again. Alterations were easy, my bridesmaids ordered from there and were STUNNING, and staff from BR even carried my dress and veil out to the car at pick up when it was pouring cats & dogs. I have many friends who will get married in the very near future and I've recommended BR to all of them. Ask for Estelle too--she's the best!

The Betsy Robinson staff is amazing! This was m first and only Bridal store. They have everything you need to make you that special Bride. The staff every time I went to the shop made you feel so special. All the staff is caring, friendly, and want to make you be that beautiful bride you deserve to be. I got everything from the gown, jewerly, shoes, bride maids gowns and so on. You help make my day so special and so much more.Thanks for everything!

A beautiful shop, and worth every penny. They were great at patiently finding the perfect dress and the tailoring was absolutely perfect. They have a range of dress prices and you're sure to enjoy the experience here.

After going to my first bridal store, someone suggested I go to Betsy Robinson. I am very glad that I went there because they had all of the gowns out to I could see them and pick what I liked! Some places bring you gowns they think you will like which I don't care for. Vera helped me and she did an amazing job!
