Amy was really, really wonderful. I booked her one week after our engagement because I really fell in love with her "journalistic" style, her photos just seemed less forced. When I met her I really loved her energy, and she was a very calming presence on our wedding day. Amy truly has an eye for gorgeous and flattering photography, and she is able to catch moments on film that you don't even notice as they are happening. She is truly the best of the best.

From the minute I met Amy, I knew she would be able to capture the moments at our wedding that are most important: happiness, tears, love and all. She is a fantastic photographer and a wonderful person, and we felt very at ease with her. She interacted well with everyone in our families and wedding party, and was very kind, polite, and unobtrusive during the 'moments'. We loved Amy's photojournalistic style and the many wonderful candid photos she captured, but in addition to that she was able to give us encouraging direction during our portraits, which meant we never felt silly or awkward. Amy also went to great lengths to get excellent photos - even balancing on a banister during our ceremony to get the best angle!We absolutely love the photos we received from Amy and feel incredibly lucky to have all the wonderful emotions in print(/on a disc!) to remember our wedding day. My husband and I cannot recommend Amy Deputy enough, and are very happy with our choice to have Amy photograph our wedding.

Amy was amazing. From the first time I opened her website, I knew I had to have her as my photographer on our special day. Her feel and ways when taking pictures are very inspiring. You can truely tell her love for her job. She was there every step of the way helping and go far beyond her duties. She captured moments I couldnt even have predicted and truely told our story. Amy Deputy is, without question, the most extraordinary wedding photographer you will find. Her photographs are jaw dropping. My only problem has been choosing pictures for our photo album because so many pictures are so beautiful. I should say that I am also a photographer, and consequently, am extremely picky and discriminating about images. But she far exceeded any expectations I had. Working with Amy was amazing. I can't tell you how many times I was told that my wedding pictures looked like they came out of a magazine. She was super nice and because she is a photojournalist, she captured special moments and made a story book of our wedding without us even knowing. She was was a little more expensive than the other venders I looked in to, but she was well worth it and I had not one regret. You definately get what you pay for when you use Amy Deputy and I would recommend her to everyone. Photography is definately something that you should not try to budget on because it serves as leaving you with the memories of the day that you can never get back. I felt like I was living in a dream on my wedding day and my pictures truly portray that.

Amy has photgraphed three weddings for my family, and yet she managed to make each one unique by truly capturing the spirit and personalities of the bride and groom.
